TERMS OF SALE

Limited Editions: The stated edition size is the maximum number of numbered prints authorized in that size and format, plus any stated Artist’s Proofs (APs). Each issued impression receives a specific, permanently assigned number recorded at the time of production. Once the numbered edition and any stated APs are complete, no further prints of that image will be produced in that size and format.

Pricing & Payments: Full payment for the artwork is required at purchase. Shipping for oversized works, as well as orders to AK, HI, PR, and international destinations, is quoted and invoiced separately after purchase. Advance shipping quotes are available upon inquiry.

Copyright & Ownership: The purchase of a physical print conveys ownership of the physical artwork only. All copyright and reproduction rights remain exclusively with the artists. Prints may not be scanned, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Final Sale: Fine art prints are custom-printed to order. A purchase may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours. Once production has begun, all sales are final. 

Print Inspection: Fullphase individually inspects every print for production quality and color fidelity. In the unlikely case that your work arrives with a manufacturing or printing defect, notify the studio within 7 days of delivery with photos. Color variation due to individual monitor calibration does not constitute a defect.

Damaged in Transit: If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, photograph the exterior of the box or tube before opening it, even if it’s unclear whether the contents are affected. Continue photographing as you unpack: the packing materials, the tube or box interior, and finally the print itself. Do not discard any packaging until your claim is resolved. Notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery at [email] with all photos attached. This documentation is required for carrier insurance claims, and claims may be denied if packaging has been discarded.

Replacements & Non-Delivery: Shipments are fully insured. If a print is lost or damaged in transit, Fullphase will coordinate the carrier claim and issue a replacement at no cost once the claim is approved. A replacement retains the original edition number and does not increase the published edition count.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Prints ship securely rolled in heavy-duty artwork tubes and are fully insured. Prints are shipped unframed unless otherwise stated. Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks for printing, signing, and dispatch.

Contiguous U.S. Flat Rates (calculated by the longest side of the sheet):

  • Up to 20": $25

  • 21"–30": $45

  • 31"–50": $95

  • 51"–60": $135

Shipping for works over 60” and destinations outside the contiguous U.S. is invoiced separately upon purchase. Advance quotes are available upon inquiry. 

Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
